Yumero ("we", "our", or "us") is operated by STARMOON TECHNOLOGIES INC. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use the Yumero iOS application.

1. Information We Collect

Account Information: When you sign up, we collect your email address and authentication credentials through Apple Sign-In, Google Sign-In, or email with one-time passcode (OTP).

Content You Create: We store the artwork images you upload and the AI-generated images and videos created from them. These are stored securely in our cloud infrastructure.

Usage Data: We collect basic usage analytics such as features used, generation counts, and app interaction patterns to improve the experience.

Subscription Data: If you subscribe to Yumero Pro, payment processing is handled entirely by Apple through the App Store. We receive confirmation of your subscription status but never see your payment details.

2. How We Use Your Information

• To provide and operate the Yumero service, including AI image and video generation
• To display your completed creations in the Community gallery (public by default)
• To manage your account and subscription
• To send push notifications about your creation status (if permitted)
• To enforce usage limits and prevent abuse
• To improve our service and user experience

3. Children's Privacy

Yumero is designed for parents and caregivers to use with their children's artwork. The app is not intended to be operated directly by children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. All accounts must be created by a parent or legal guardian.

Uploaded artwork may depict children's drawings but does not contain identifying information about the child. Our content moderation system reviews all uploads to ensure safety.

4. Community Gallery

Completed creations are shared in the Community gallery by default, where other users can view and like them. The gallery displays only the artwork and AI-generated output — no personal information such as your name or email is shown to other users.

5. AI Processing

Your uploaded artwork is processed by third-party AI services to generate images and videos. These services process the data solely to produce your requested output and do not retain your images for their own training purposes.

6. Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored securely using Supabase infrastructure with encryption at rest and in transit. We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your information. Artwork and generated content are stored in secure cloud storage buckets.

7. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with:

• AI service providers — to generate images and videos from your artwork
• Cloud infrastructure providers — to store and serve your content
• Analytics services — to understand app usage patterns
• Push notification services — to deliver notifications about your creations

8. Your Rights

You can:

• Access your content through the My Art tab at any time
• Delete your account and all associated data from Settings
• Control push notification permissions through your device settings
• Request a copy of your data by contacting us

9. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. When you delete your account, all your personal information, artwork, and generated content are permanently removed from our systems.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any material changes through the app or via email.
