These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Yumero iOS application operated by STARMOON TECHNOLOGIES INC. ("we", "our", or "us"). By using Yumero, you agree to these Terms.
You must be at least 18 years old or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction to create an account. Yumero is designed for parents, guardians, and caregivers to use with children's artwork. Children should not operate the app without adult supervision.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You may sign in using Apple Sign-In, Google Sign-In, or email with a one-time passcode. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
Yumero allows you to:
Image generation typically completes within seconds. Video generation may take up to several minutes as it is processed asynchronously. Generation times depend on server load and third-party AI service availability.
Your Content: You retain ownership of the artwork you upload and the AI-generated content created from it. By using Yumero, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide license to store, process, and display your content as needed to provide the service. All completed creations are displayed in the public Gallery by default, where other users can view and like them.
AI-Generated Content: Images and videos generated by our AI services are created for your personal use. You may share, download, save to your device, and use them freely. Generated content is produced by third-party AI models and results may vary.

All uploaded content is subject to automated moderation. Content that violates our guidelines will be rejected, and repeat violations may result in account suspension.
We use automated systems to moderate uploaded artwork for safety and appropriateness. Users can report inappropriate content in the Community gallery. We reserve the right to remove any content and suspend accounts that violate these Terms.
Free Tier: Free users may create up to 2 projects. Generation features require an active Yumero Pro subscription.
Yumero Pro: Subscribers get access to AI image and video generation, subject to the fair use limits described in Section 8 below.
Subscriptions are billed through the Apple App Store. Payment, renewal, and cancellation are managed by Apple according to their terms. You can manage or cancel your subscription in your device's Settings. Refunds are handled by Apple in accordance with their refund policies.
To ensure a quality experience for all users and responsible use of AI generation resources, Yumero Pro subscriptions are subject to the following fair use limits within each rolling 30-day period:
These limits reset on a rolling basis — each generation expires 30 days after it was made. Usage counts are tracked server-side and displayed within the app when limits are approached.
We reserve the right to adjust these limits at any time to maintain service quality. If limits are changed, we will notify existing subscribers in advance through the app. Attempts to circumvent fair use limits — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts, automating requests, or exploiting API endpoints — may result in immediate account suspension without refund.
Fair use limits are designed to support normal personal use of the service. If you have needs that exceed these limits, please contact us at yumaro@starmoon.dev.
We strive to keep Yumero available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. AI generation depends on third-party services and may occasionally be slow or unavailable. We are not liable for any delays in content generation.
Yumero is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months preceding the claim.
You may delete your account at any time from the Settings screen within the app. Deleting your account permanently removes all your data, artwork, and generated content from our systems. This action cannot be undone.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of Yumero after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. We will notify you of material changes through the app.
These Terms are governed by applicable law. Any disputes shall be resolved in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which STARMOON TECHNOLOGIES INC. operates.
